We set the screen up and pair it to your family
You tell us who it’s for and which language they read in. We configure the screen, set their timezone, create your family’s space, and — if you’d like — put your first photo on it so there’s something waiting the moment it’s plugged in.
This is the part that would otherwise be fiddly, so we keep it on our side of the box. -

The day it arrives
Choose the wall, and hang it
Use the bracket for a wall or the stand for a sideboard. The best spot is wherever they already sit — beside the armchair, on the kitchen wall, in the hall they pass twenty times a day. It needs a power socket within reach and nothing else.

The day it arrives
Connect it to their Wi‑Fi
The screen asks for the Wi‑Fi password once, on a large on-screen keyboard. This is the only time anyone will type anything on it, ever. If their home has no usable internet, Nexi Plus has mobile data built in and skips this step entirely.

The day it arrives
Scan the code with your phone
The screen shows a pairing code. Open the Nexi app, scan it, and the screen is linked to you as its admin. It then goes straight to the clock — and that’s the last time anyone touches it.
Prefer not to scan? Type the invite code by hand instead. Both work. -

That evening
Invite the rest of the family
Send a link to your brother, your kids, the cousin who takes all the good photos. They install the app, tap the link, and can send immediately. Unlimited people, no extra cost — and you can make a sibling an admin so it isn’t all on you.
Most families find the second and third person to join are the ones who end up sending the most. -

From then on
Nothing
No updates to install, no accounts to renew, nothing to charge. The screen stays on, comes back by itself after a power cut, and quietly shows whatever the family sends. If you ever want to change something, you do it from your phone.
What you’ll need
Genuinely short list.
- 📶Wi‑Fi in their home — and the password. Or choose Nexi Plus, which brings its own mobile data.
- 🔌A power socket near where the screen will live. It stays plugged in.
- 📱A phone — yours, not theirs. iPhone or Android, or a browser if you’d rather.
- 🧰A drill, if you’re wall-mounting. Or use the stand and skip it.
- 🕐About 15 minutes on the day it arrives.
